What are the benefits of CAD drawings?

     CAD drawings are of consistent high quality.  They can easily be reproduced over and over, without degradation of the original. Final Draft CAD drawings can also be prepared much faster than final sheets drawn by hand.  And although we work hard to get it right the first time; corrections, and revisions are made almost effortlessly, which can make the turnaround on these drawings immediate.

How can I get a quote for my project?

     Go to our contact us page, and call us. We are in the office Mon-Fri 7am to 4pm.  If you are calling after hours, either leave us a message with our phone number, or fill out the RFI Form by clicking here.



How long will it take for my drawings to be completed?

     Ideally drawings can be turned around in less than 30 days.  As long as the contract drawings you provide are clear and correct, we can meet any dead line you may have.  Contact us if you have any questions about deadlines.

 

What happens when drawings are returned for corrections?
How does JAC Drafting handle corrections/ changes?

     We guarantee 110% that our drawings are submitted to you checked and correct. In the event that drawings are returned 'Approved as noted' or something similar,  the corrections will be made and returned to you as quickly as possible.  This is done at no extra cost to you, as long as the corrections aren't changes to the original design. Changes to the original design may add to the original invoice.

What if my deadline is almost here?

     Don't worry, we handle all deadlines within reason.  
Quality drawings can be returned to you ASAP.


How can I send my contract drawings to JAC Drafting?

     Contact us, here you will find our mailing address, for sending packages priority mail. As well as our office address to be used with FED-EX and UPS shipments.  If your originals are electronic files, contact us for ways to send them.


How are my completed drawings sent back to me?

     Drawings can be returned to you 3 different ways. If you can print your own AutoCAD files, we can e-mail the DWG format files directly to you. Soon drawing pickup will be available from out FTP site.  FTP protects the integrity of the information transmitted. POP(most e-mail) can sometimes destroy, fragment, or 'de-layer' files during transmission. This is rare, but FTP assures you can pick up your files anytime, on your time, the first time.  Hard copy drawings are returned priority mail, and the cost for this is included in any quote we give.  And, if needed, drawings can be shipped via FED-EX or UPS.

What standards are used in creating drawings?

     All of the drawings that we release will meet and even exceed current DOT standards in your state. If your project is not DOT related, we can follow the same guidelines to achieve your own standards.

How is Confidentiality handled?

     Your project will be treated as if it were our own.  Will can provide any means necessary to protect the integrity of your project.  Trade and design secrets are respected and followed as needed.  All of the drawings released by JAC Drafting can be done using your current titleblock, and drafting standards, so contracting drawings to us will seem transparent.  The projects listed on this website have recieved written permission to be places there.  Absolutly nothing is done without your 'OK'.
